How do I place an order with XL Media?
Request a quote through the form on this site, by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. We accept orders electronically and also in person at our factory in Viana. Once you confirm, we follow the job through to delivery.
My artwork isn't ready. Can you do the design?
Yes. Our in-house design team handles anything from a simple touch-up of existing artwork to a concept or logo from scratch, on Windows and Apple, with several design programs.
Do I see the job before it is printed?
Yes. We prepare every file with its specifications, measurements, materials and finishing, and send the preview electronically for your approval before production.
Do you deliver outside Luanda?
We deliver throughout the city of Luanda and the surrounding neighbourhoods. Delivery to the provinces can also be arranged: mention the province in your quote request.
Which materials do you print on?
We print banner material and self-adhesive vinyl on rolls, and directly onto rigid materials such as PVC, ABS, Corex and Forex. Flags are printed on fabric with Dye Sub technology, and clothing and giveaways with screen printing and embroidery.
Is there a size limit?
We specialise in large format digital printing and produce printed materials in any shape or size. Give us the measurements in your request and we confirm the best solution.
Do you do screen printing and embroidery?
Yes. We run fully automated screen printing and embroidery lines in our own factory: t-shirts, polos, caps, uniforms, bags and other items, from design to finished product.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, and Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00. We are closed on Sunday.
What if I have a question after delivery?
After-sales service is an area where we excel. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail and we respond quickly.
In which languages can I be served?
Our commercial department is multilingual and supports clients through several channels: phone, WhatsApp, e-mail and at the factory.
